Activation
Founder memberships activate on the official opening date of Top Bin Academy for training.
Refund Policy
If Top Bin Academy does not open, all founder payments will be refunded in full.
Once the academy opens and the membership is activated, all memberships are non-refundable.
Transferability
Memberships are non-transferable.
Use of Membership
Memberships are valid for one participant only and may not be shared.
Term
Founder memberships are valid for 12 months from the activation date, after which standard membership rates apply.
Scheduling & Programming
Training schedules, programming, and class availability are subject to change at the discretion of Top Bin Academy.
Conduct & Participation
Top Bin Academy reserves the right to suspend or revoke a membership for conduct that is disruptive, unsafe, or contrary to academy standards. No refunds will be issued in such cases.
Injuries & Liability
Participation in training involves physical activity and inherent risk. Members participate at their own risk. Top Bin Academy is not responsible for injuries except as required by law.
Membership Purchases
All memberships sold by Top Bin Academy are non-refundable once activated.

Founding Membership Terms
Founding Members are guaranteed the $1,500 annual rate for the first 12 months beginning on the official opening date of Top Bin Academy. After the first year, membership renews at the then-current standard annual rate.
Membership must remain active to maintain founder benefits.
Cancellations
Memberships may not be canceled for a refund after activation without a 30 day notice, regardless of attendance, scheduling conflicts, relocation, or change of circumstances.
Transfers
Memberships are non-transferable.
Merchandise
Unused merchandise may be returned within 14 days of purchase for store credit only. Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original condition. Custom or branded items are final sale.
Processing Time
Approved refunds (when applicable) will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
Annual Memberships
Annual memberships run for a fixed 12-month term and do not require cancellation notice. Memberships expire at the end of the term unless renewed.
Monthly Memberships
Monthly memberships require 30 days’ written notice to cancel. Cancellation requests must be submitted in writing prior to the next billing cycle. Billing will continue during the notice period.
No Retroactive Cancellations
Cancellations cannot be applied retroactively for missed sessions, non-attendance, or scheduling conflicts.
How to Cancel
Cancellation requests must be submitted via email or the official cancellation form. Verbal cancellations are not accepted.
